Mining of underground premises and a parking facility in Jätkäsaari

 At the moment, one of Finland’s largest underground premises is being built in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki.

Special features of the project  End result of a wide-scale project, which will significantly change Helsinki’s parking situation.

We operated as the main contractor of the project, and we are responsible for the mining, reinforcement and shafts of the underground premises.

The Jätkäsaari project employs approx. 150 different construction professionals. There are 20 earthworks employees, 80 construction employees and 25 building services installers in the project. There are 10 employees of other contractors.

The Jätkäsaari construction site is in a visible location in the vicinity of Helsinki’s city centre and port.
